This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which Tech BSR will offer a refund, the process for requesting a refund, and the responsibilities of both the client and the service provider.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds for services purchased from Tech BSR are subject to the following conditions:
- Services not yet commenced within 14 days of payment
- Non-conformance with the agreed-upon service deliverables
Time Frame for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial service purchase date.
Process for Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Allow up to 14 business days for us to process your request and respond.
Non-refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Transaction processing fees
- Any third-party service fees incurred on behalf of the client
Prorated Refunds
In the case of subscription-based services, clients may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the service, calculated from the cancellation date.
